DescriptionKforce's client, a growing organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This hybrid strategic role will partner closely with senior executives to evaluate business opportunities, improve financial performance, and support short- and long-term organizational objectives. The client offers salary and benefits, a relaxed working environment, and business professional attire.Key Responsibilities:* Align financial objectives with business strategies and operational priorities* Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling* Provide senior leadership with financial analysis and decision-support tools* Evaluate the financial implications, risks, and potential returns associated with strategic decisions* Analyze historical and projected business, financial, and operational performance* Identify key trends, performance drivers, business risks, and opportunities* Develop executive-level dashboards incorporating financial and operational metrics* Establish processes for monitoring revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures* Analyze budget-to-actual results and investigate unexpected variances* Support financial planning and return-on-investment analysis for company-wide marketing activities* Incorporate relevant market and competitive data into financial planning and analysis* Monitor strategic partners, competitors, and broader industry dynamics* Compare internal forecasts with external expectations and identify potential discrepancies* Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive leadership and board meetings* Lead ongoing improvements to financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes* Complete ad hoc financial analysis and provide additional support to executive leadership as neededRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline* MBA or other advanced degree preferred* 7+ years of working experience* At least seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, strategy, or a related field* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and cross-functional business leaders* Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills* Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentJob TypeDirect HireCompensation114000 - $146000
