Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Job Description Assess periodontal health and identify signs of gum disease.
Take and review digital X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Provide preventive hygiene care and patient education on brushing, flossing, and oral health.
Recommend appropriate oral care products and discuss nutrition and lifestyle factors affecting oral health.
Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate digital records, document findings, and coordinate follow-up care.
Provide a welcoming, professional experience that keeps patients comfortable and engaged.
full-time $75 - $80 per hour

Requirements What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Washington State
• Strong anatomy knowledge related to dental hygiene
• Experience with infection control and aseptic techniques
• Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental preferred)
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to place sealants or willingness to learn
• Certification in Nitrous Oxide Administration (preferred)
