We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Scanning Specialist to assist our HR department with a short-term file digitization initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning physical employee files and organizing/uploading records into our new HRIS system. Key Responsibilities Scan physical paper employee files using commercial office scanners. Review digital copies for accuracy, quality, and proper formatting. Upload, index, and organize files within the new HRIS system following established naming conventions. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee documents. Work independently to meet project completion targets by December 31st. Qualifications & Requirements Comfortable working with computers, document scanners, and digital filing systems. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and ability to work the early morning schedule (6:00/6:30 AM – 2:00/2:30 PM). Must be able to commit to the entire project duration through December 31, 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
